Is This For me?

Is this program built for brands, or also for agencies?

Both. The system was originally built inside our agency from 100+ e-com brands and then implemented in-house at clients. Agencies use it as their internal “creative OS” to manage multiple clients; brands use it to build their own in-house creative team & system.

Will this work in smaller / non-English markets too?

Yes. We’ve used these systems in Dutch and other local markets as well. The framework (personas, problems, angles, formats, content cycles) is language-agnostic. You’ll just localise scripts, hooks and examples to your own market.

Who on our team should go through the program?

At minimum:

The content is designed so the strategist + system owner can implement the OS, then roll it out to the rest of the team.

We don’t have a full creative team yet. Is this still useful?

Yes. The program actually helps you design that team: which roles you need, who owns which processes, how to work with UGC creators, and how to brief editors. Many clients started with “one media buyer + one generalist” and used this to build a structured setup around them.

What if my team has no creative production experience?

That’s not a problem. You’ll get plug-and-play templates, SOPs, checklists, and creative briefs so even a new team member can follow them step by step.

Implementation & Time Investment

How much time do we need to invest per week?

Rough ballpark:

- System owner / strategist: 3–5 hours per week (learning + implementing + reviewing data)

- Creators/editors: they mostly plug into the new processes and briefings you set up

You don’t have to “rebuild your entire world” in one go. We work in phases so you’re implementing while you keep running your current ads.

How long does it take to get a working in-house system?

In practice:

Month 1: foundation (naming conventions, personas, problem/angle matrix, content cycles).

Month 2: roll out creator briefings, editor workflow, and data → creative meetings.

Month 3: iterate, refine, and scale volume.

Every module comes with concrete assets, like:
